Parks & Camping

On this page, we'll list the various parks that we visit. Our goal is to visit as many as possible, to gather data for a future project, enjoy the great outdoors and participate in the Very Important Parks Person (VIPP). The VIPP is a program hosted by the West Virginia Division of Natural Resouces since 1936, that recognizes visitors of State parks with a VIPP jacket; details are available on their website, located at: http://www.wvstateparks.com/community/vipp.htm (off site link).

Although our primary intent is to visit State parks, we will visit as many parks as possible, with some camping trips built-in to the festivities. Every park & campgrounds will be documented here for everyone's enjoyment.
