History of the Ice Plant

In Spencer, WV, there is a building, commonly known as the "ice plant"; this building is one of three buildings on the National Register of Historic Places.

Adjacent to Highway 119, the building is now surrounded by a housing area. Someone has purchased the building and began a slow rennovation processs, starting first with the building's crumbling roof.
