Chams Lebanese CuisineLooking for something fun, interesting, unique and delicious? Are you tired of the same old burger and fries? How about something refreshing and mouth-watering? ![]() Look no further than Chams Lebanese Cuisine in Parkersburg, WV. The brother and sister duo of Rizkallah and Chams present authentic foods, rich in flavor: tabouli, fattoush, falafel, hummus, baba ganouj, grape leaves, kibbe, fatayer, and shawarma. I have dined here a half-dozen times and have never been disappointed. The food is prepared fresh daily and I especially love the Lebanese (aka Turkish) coffee. I usually go with Cham’s Special: Baked Kibbe, Grape Leaves, Hummus, Baba Ghanouj, Tabouli, & choice of meat, spinach or cream cheese Fatayer. ![]() The greatest challenge, with the reasonable prices and good portions, is to save room for dessert, but you MUST try the Baklava!
